She was born on 16 December 1939 in the Razlog village of Banya. In 1964 he graduated the decorative monumental painting and mosaic at the National Academy of Fine Arts. She is an artist in the field of painting, children's creativity and monumentalism. Since 1964 he works and lives in Burgas. [1] Raina Racheva has more than 20 solo exhibitions and her works are in the collections of the National Art Gallery, the Sofia City Art Gallery, Bourgas Art Gallery and many public and private collections in Bulgaria and abroad.

She is the winner of a series of awards, including the Order "St. St. Cyril and St. Methodius "degree I, statuette and prize" Artist of the Year 2005 "- Burgas and others. Since 2007, Raina Racheva is an honorary citizen of Burgas. [2]
